What are the terms and conditions for Personal Touch academy?
Important terms are stated below.
Terms and Conditions
1. Day (Slot) change NOT allowed. In case of absence, classes cannot be rescheduled. Every student is allotted one day, and hence changes are not possible nor permitted.
2. Faculty decision is final for the class schedule. Faculty is in full control of the class schedule and content delivery. Parent's or student's intervention is not allowed or permitted.
3. Yearly Mode is course completion mode. Yearly mode means a one-year course will be completed in 10 months. The number of hours or classes is not factored, subject to one class per week of 1.5 to 2 hours approximately. The course is usually completed in 6-7 months.
4. Classes end after course completion. After course completion, classes shall end. Only faculty discretion is allowed for more classes.
5. Classes cannot be carried forward. The course is completed in 10 months. In case of absence of the student or any other reason, classes cannot be carried forward after 10 months from the start of the course.
6. One week off included every 8 weeks. Every 8 weeks, one week off is included since our faculty have outstation school assignments (projects). Further, one week off is to give a break to the faculties since they do not have regular holidays.
7. 10 min break included in every class.
8. We work only on advance payments.
We work only on advance payments in full in one installment.
If full payments are not completed within 30 days max (with a 10% extra fee as mentioned), then the academy may cancel admission and fees will be forfeited.
Late fee of ₹5,000 per day applies after the due date.
There is no monthly mode. In case of partial payments, a 20% extra fee is charged on a pro-rata basis (subject to faculties' discretion to complete classes).
All discounts will stand canceled in case of partial payments and the latest fees will be applied.
9. All fees paid are strictly non-refundable.
